**Job Description**:
**This role will require you to;**
- To develop and maintain the sites grounds and facilities to ensure a clean and tidy functional state
- Maintain the garden areas
- Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs on site
- Report any ‘out of the ordinary’ activities using incident reports
- Identify any potential hazards or security risks and breaches
- Drive a Forklift and Combi lift (full training provided)
- Be available to work rotational shifts including weekends, evenings & nights

Ideally, you will have a good level of fitness (as there is a fair amount of walking and lifting involved as well as water blasting) and you will enjoy working outdoors, as majority of the work takes place out in the fresh air.

The ability to converse with a wide range of people as well as being alert, observant and proactive will be rewarded.
