**The Opportunity**

Gallagher is seeking an innovative and results-driven UX Designer to join our Animal Management team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences across our digital product portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to deliver intuitive and visually appealing digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise will be key to optimizing user interfaces and driving key business metrics such as Time to Value, Retention, and Revenue.

**The Fit**

We’re looking for a passionate UX designer with experience in user research and UI design to contribute to our expanding digital portfolio. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of design principles, user flows, and the technical aspects of UI development. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A relevant design or software qualification
- 3+ years of design or user research experience
- Proven experience with UX/UI design, including a portfolio of work on commercial products
- Proficiency in design tools (preferably Adobe Creative Cloud & Figma)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to work under pressure to deadlines
