Octane is a complete end-to-end industry specific ERP solution designed to meet the needs of fuel distribution operators. The Octane Systems solution is delivered to our customers via Octane’s SaaS platforms, hence for most customers we are their key technology provider.

**Job Description**:
We are searching for an ERP consultant with a passion for technology and excellent customer communication skills. This is a hands-on role comprising design, implementation, training & support of integrated operational and ERP Systems as a member of the Octane project delivery team.

Working alongside our experienced consulting, software development and infrastructure teams, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions to Octane’s customers. Along the journey you will learn the Octane solution and be part of an industry focused on strategic technology investment with the goal of streamlining operations and delivering intelligence to the business.

Developing new technical skills will ensure personal growth to compliment your eagerness to learn. This is an exciting role with a broad scope and the opportunity to work in a global Technology business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ERP Implementation/Upgrades training and support
- Macro and report design, development, testing & delivery
- Business process and data analysis
- Business Process/Controls design and implementation
- Documentation of key processes
- Ongoing customer support

**Qualifications**:
**Desirable Technical and Soft Skills**:

- Previous experience implementing & supporting ERP or Operations Business Software with 3rd party systems integration
- Script/Macro/Report development using VBA, VB.NET, SQL, Crystal
- UX/UI design skills
- Business Systems Process & Data Analysis experience
- Excellent customer focused communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

Additional Information

Some overseas travel will be required during implementations, upgrades and sales presentations.

This role can either be based in Hamilton or Tauranga (Mt Maunganui).
