**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Hamilton team as a Technical Support Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to the Nokia Container Solution (NCS).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Be the local SME for the NCS project.
  • Provide on-call advance technical support for complex fault management for NCS.
  • Manage problems related to NCS.
  • Collaborate with Automation specialists and OSS Engineers on tools development.
  • Develop process automation scripts.
  • Support the local physical and logical infrastructure.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, or software development.
  • Knowledge/experience on containerization and tools used for its support.
  • Experience on Node.js, REST API, JavaScript, UX/UI design, MS-SQL or similar database experience.
  • New Zealand citizenship, residency, or work visa, and familiarity with the New Zealand telecommunications industry, networks, and providers.
  • Presentation skills, particularly developed for technical audiences.
  • Previous tool software development preferred.
