- **Permanent, Full-time Position **(40 hours per week)
- **Primarily Monday - Friday, however the service operates 24 hours, 7 days a week on a rotating roster.**:
- **Position is based in Birkdale, Auckland**:
- **Pay Scale: $77,621 - $91,318 pa** (depending on experience and qualifications)

**The Service**:
Abeo House is an 8-bed, residential rehabilitation service. The service is supported by 24/7 on a rotating roster, 3 shift per day - AM, PM and Awake.
Abeo works with guests/whai ora to build a daily routine to help them on their journey of recovery. To support this, we provide a programme in the morning and activities in the afternoon, offering on-going tools and encouragement to develop, grow and flourish.
**Role**:
Team Manager’s role is to provide excellent leadership and management to the staff within their service. This is to ensure the delivery of quality recovery and person-centred focussed services to our guests/whia ora, as well as support the sustainability, growth and development of the service and Ember.
Team Manager’s are to provide the environment to generate a high performing, capable, productive, and engaging team to deliver outstanding services. They are to manage the service so optimal levels of staff are available for rosters, are qualified, trained, motivated, coached and developed to perform will in their roles.
**You will**:
- Hold a current registered in either of the following fields:
- Occupational Therapy
- DAPAANZ
- Counselling
- Social Work
- Nursing
- Have experience in management and leadership before
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence
- Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship
- Be able to encourage and role model positive behaviours, participation, and communication in all activities and in line with our values.
- Have some understanding of financial management to support Ember’s procedures.
