*** What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Take ownership of **land development projects** from concept through to completion—whether it’s hands-on design or guiding a skilled team of engineers.
- Manage land development, specifically earthworks as well as 3-waters projects ensuring compliance with New Zealand standards.
- Play a lead role in **project delivery**, working with councils, developers, and contractors to bring complex designs to life.
- Cultivate and expand client relationships—your ability to connect with stakeholders will be crucial in shaping both our projects and our business.
- Drive the future of our **land development discipline**, contributing to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Take the opportunity to get involved in **energy or water-related projects**, depending on your passion.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **BE Civil qualification** (Washington Accord recognized).
- **CPEng accreditation** (or working towards it).
- Solid experience in **Civil 3D** or **12D**, with the ability to produce innovative, practical designs.
- Expertise in land development projects, especially in **earthworks design** and **three-waters infrastructure**.
- Proven track record in managing the **design, consenting, and construction stages** of land development projects.
- Strong communication and **relationship-building skills**—you know how to navigate client needs and regulatory hurdles.
- A sharp **business development focus**—whether it’s nurturing existing relationships or spotting new opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of **New Zealand regulations and standards** relating to civil engineering and land development.
