**What will you do?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cost Analyst to cover parental leave on a 12 month fixed term basis. In this role you will work with our Senior Cost Analyst to deliver consistent cost management and analysis of the NZ project portfolio including change and risk management processes, project and portfolio cashflows, and enabling the Ryman project teams deliver successful projects within their budget envelopes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Using financial software and project management tools to analyse and track Ryman project expenditure
- Managing and examining project spend/cost to ensure we are being as efficient as possible.
- Identifying and recommending changes in cost strategy to support our growth strategy.
- Providing monthly cost reports for all Design, Development & Construction projects within the NZ portfolio
