We are searching for an experienced sales manager to take on this newly established role for a **National Sales Specialist,** based at our National Office in Auckland Central.
If you have the desire and experience to work for an epic Kiwi brand, ready to drive business growth and build corporate relationships, this is the role for you.

Reporting to the Head of Club Operations, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across Les Mills NZ clubs in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales and Operational teams. You will also, oversee lead and database management, enhance sales processes, and ensure consistent and effective practices across all clubs.
You’ll need to love working with people and be highly motivated. A key part of the role is driving business growth and maximise sales opportunities, particularly through corporate relationships.

**You will ideally have**:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferable in the fitness or service industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret sales data
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to optimise sales funnels
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSport) is a plus
- Your own fitness story and be passionate about health and fitness
