**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
The Programme Portfolio Manager will:
- Support the University’s quality assurances processes, including processes for new academic programme development, and the change and review of existing programmes and courses.
- Use data and analysis to support discussion and decision-making in regard to academic programmes and courses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of plans and strategies for programmes and courses.
- Actively protect, participate, and promote the University’s commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic leaders and other key staff across the University.
This is **Permanent**, **full-time** (37.5 per week) position.

The salary will be between $93,000-$112,000 per annum and will be dependent on experience.
**Qualifications**:
**About you | He kōrero mōu**
You will demonstrate:
- Experience working in a large complex organisation.
- Proven experience in writing detailed reports/regulations.
- A sound understanding of the tertiary education environment and in particular curriculum development and review.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining solid relationships with senior staff and the ability to work in partnership with others.
- Demonstrable skills in analysing data from various sources, presenting it and creating a cohesive story to support decision making.
- Demonstrable personal leadership skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively, listen, collaborate and influence across a large, complex organisation to drive strategy.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
