**About the role**:
This position manages, motivates, and mentors the Customer Support Advisor to achieve annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction in the designated region. This position will focus on the product support needs of Brandt customers to ensure we are selling and delivering all of our product support solutions and offerings.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop Annual Business plan strategies within the assigned region with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
- Educate and direct the CSAs to ensure all of Brandt's product support initiatives are promoted within the region.
- Manage CSA processes such as Call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
- Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
- Establish key KPIs for CSAs and measure them every month.
- Analyse and implement proper coverage for the region.
- Engage directly with the larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
- Provide feedback on regional industry trends:
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Initiate new offerings.
- Promote existing offerings.
- Market Intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
- Analyse sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
- Analyse Reports to provide insight and feedback to guide the performance of CSAs and branches.
- Identify new product opportunities and work internally to supply.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven.
- Proven ability to build and grow sales in a team environment.
**About you**:
You will be passionate about enabling success at a corporate and individual level. You will have a knack for identifying and capitalising on opportunities, with the influential and inspirational qualities that draw others along for the journey.
- Experience in sales management and the ability to drive the sales process from inception to close.
- Strong industry expertise and knowledge in the heavy equipment business, specifically in repair and maintenance.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain relationships with key customers at all levels, including executive-level managers.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the Business. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and able to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be creative, a self-starter, a team player, a fast learner, detail-oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to drive results through motivating and influencing.
- Ability to travel as needed.
