**About the company**:
We are currently representing an established international mid-tier accounting and advisory firm based in Central Auckland, who due to internal promotion, are seeking a Part-time Credit Controller to join their team.

They are an organisation that values their staff. They frequently run events, social activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and volunteer days to build networks.

**A little bit about the role**:
This role will suit someone looking for 3 or 4 days per week, either working around school hours or across full days if that's your preference.

Key duties include:
Monitor and follow up on outstanding debtors

Manage and co-ordinates the maintenance of databases for customer
credit and collection

Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities

Continually reviewing and improving collection processes

Investigates the financial standing of current and potential clients to establish credit limits

Liaise with the wider team and contribute to effective cash flow management.

**Who are we looking for?**

You are a bright and bubbly credit control professional who ideally has at least three year's experience in a similar role, and who values and builds relationships. Your communication skills are impeccable - this is a must High attention to detail and accuracy is essential due to the fast-paced nature of the environment.

You are hardworking and happy to put your hand up and help the wider accounts team, as well as communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
- 3 or 4 days per week
- $65,000 - 70,000 (full time equivalent)
- CBD location
