Figured is a SaaS platform that works with cloud accounting software to enable Farmers, Accountants, Bankers and their advisors to work together on a single set of financial data, bringing together farming production information with financial data to create a clear picture of a farm’s operations.

**Requirements**:
**The gig**
As a champion of the Figured product, the Product Owner will work cross functionally with customer and delivery teams to deliver features that our customers love. Success in this role is quantified by growth through product adoption and impact and by a strong bias toward shipping the right things early and often.

Responsibilities:*
- Work closely with customers and in-market team to really understand user needs, their challenges, and how it all fits within the overall product vision
- Own the execution of your feature and project teams from building the requirements to concept iteration, working closely with design and development to drive features
- Obsess over delivering great features and take full ownership from finding and scoping opportunities to ensuring market-readiness, never leaving customers and users out of the process
- Ensure quality user experience and personally sanity check products against your requirements before release

**To ace the role**:

- Background in equivalent roles, from product management, product ownership, business analysis, user experience design or project management
- No stranger to gathering detailed requirements from different users, product requirement docs, user stories, process maps, and wireframes.
- Great communication skills externally and internally
- Ability to make decisions that contribute to achieving the product vision
- Ability to drive feature development within modern development processes
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to distil complex concepts into simple solutions
- Passionate about user experience across the full delivery process
- Would be amazing if you had experience with the financial or agricultural industry, even better if it was in software.
