We are seeking a Remuneration Specialist who will support the Employment Relations Leads to develop and recommend the remuneration and rewards strategy and plan the transition of current staff to any changed system. To deliver in this role you will have previous experience in developing and implementing job evaluations systems, progression mechanisms, annual pay reviews and negotiations.
You will be experienced in advising on remuneration best practice, including designing and planning the transition of remuneration for affected staff, be a specialist who can lead the design and implementation of one or more frameworks in line with the government’s workforce principles and legislative requirements and have worked as a Remuneration Manager or at a similar level.
Experience in large, complex organizations is a prerequisite for success in this role.
