Due to massive growth, we are on the lookout for exceptional people who have extensive retail experience to join our Albany based Support Centre team on a 3-year fixed term contract as a **Functional Process Specialist.**

We have a number of these positions available and the areas we are looking for expertise are across **inventory management, purchasing and/or customer services.**

You will be required to travel for this role, and it could vary between 2 - 3 days a week.

**Reporting to the Functional Process Manager, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Work closely with the Deployment Leads to ensure the successful deployment of the solution to each Store cluster.
- Provide the first level of support for the in-store deployment teams, providing sound process advice within your functional area. You will be able to clearly articulate how the new process was designed to work, how to execute the process in SAP and, how to adapt the existing processes to particular requirements of the store in alignment with the Mitre10 Target Operating Model.
- Create strong and collaborative relationships across both the wider Programme One teams and importantly our Store network.
- Collaborate with our Learning Experience team to identify and bring to life ongoing learning opportunities within your functional area as deployment unfolds to ensure we build depth of knowledge and capability within in store teams both during and after deployment.

**Experience and Capabilities Required**:

- Extensive retail experience
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
- Advanced excel preferred
