**Job specific information**:
We are looking for a receptionist who can maintain a high standard of service and support for our internal staff and external customers and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Provide friendly, efficient and proactive customer service.
- Provide other clerical and administrative tasks as requested to enable our services across the Branch to function smoothly.
- Provide administrative support for maintenance of quality branch infrastructure.
- Have a high level of frontline reception and customer service skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft suite and database management.
- Understand accounting procedures and practices.
- Be a team player.
- Have flexibility to work with limited notice.
