**Tēnei tūranga - About the Role**:
We have a permanent full-time opportunity to join the Immigration Investigation team. We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate investigator who is eager to take the next step in their career and be part of a dynamic, hardworking team in a fast-paced environment based in our Auckland branch.

Investigations sit within the Verification and Compliance branch of Immigration NZ. We are tasked with undertaking investigations in relation to immigration based offending. We are part of a wider group of regulators including Compliance and Risk and Verification Officers who are all working to prevent immigration related offending and maintain the integrity of the immigration system.

- Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant experience in investigation and prosecutions related work and / or tertiary qualification, preferably in law enforcement
- An analytical thinker with experience in leading, planning and / or undertaking complex criminal investigations and prosecutions, including fraud, in a team environment
- The ability to gain and maintain a national security clearance as required
