As a Product Manager / Marketeer, reporting to the Commercial Leader - Consumer, you’ll be responsible for the leading of the product marketing strategy and managing the product offering across a defined product portfolio.

What you’ll do
- Work with the Commercial Leader - Consumer to support and implement key strategic initiatives and go-to-market plans.
- Understand our customers, the market and competitor landscape.
- Lead product marketing strategy and manage portfolio offering with innovation and a passion for results.
- Define and implement pricing strategy and manage product sales and margin mix in conjunction with the Commercial Leader.
- Define market phase-in phase-out plan and execute portfolio maintenance activities.
- Support Market Performance and Forecast Reviews.
- Localise product marketing content based upon global marketing content developed by Division.
- Work with our Key Account Managers to support promotional planning.
- Develop technical knowledge and provide support and training to our field sales team and customers.
- Support our online D2C operation.
- Drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organisation agility.

Your qualifications
- 1 - 5 years’ experience in Product Management / Marketing, preferably in FMCG, with the ability to own and lead the execution of all new and existing product strategies.
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyse and manipulate data (i.e. Pivot tables, complex graphs, v-lookups, & basic Macros) and be able to develop clear, engaging, PowerPoint presentations. SAP experience is also advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Ability to understand technical product knowledge.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team, strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter, customer focused, with a can-do attitude and a passion for results.
