We have an opportunity as the Manager, Performance (Business) which is part of the Performance & Intelligence business unit, as a function we drive an integrated performance focus from both a functional and value stream perspective.

As the Manager, Performance (Business) you are responsible for understanding operational performance expectations for the Business Partnerships function, monitoring and identifying performance challenges and constraints, and ensuring insights from across ACC and the wider system are integrated to form part of the narrative that is required to effectively manage outcomes for business customers.

You will build strong relationships with key internal partners, understanding business changes that may impact performance. This role is key to support the use of analytics to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the wider business to improve performance.

**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:
- You will have business experience at a senior level encompassing significant operational management, financial management, reporting, business analysis, performance improvement and delegation.
- You are a strategic thinker and tactical implementer with a proven track record for delivering quality results.
- Experience leading reporting, analysis, and insight on performance in a complex operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and driving improvements to operational performance management within a multi-faceted environment.
- Significant experience in building and leading influential relationships with business leaders.
- Ability to effectively lead through others and empower your team.

**Benefits of working at ACC**:
The starting salary for this role will be between $134,001 - $173,412 depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
