**The Opportunity**

Due to an internal secondment, we have a part time 12-month Fixed Term opportunity for an energetic Sales & Admin Coordinator to support our high paced Animal Management Sales team.

Your day will be varied as you manage busy diaries, coordinate travel, expenses, and purchase orders, and prepare documents and presentations. You’ll also support our marketing efforts where needed and assist in event planning of both large-scale events like National Fieldays and in-house events such as dealer training days.

With each day different to the next you’ll need to be flexible and shift priorities when needed, with a can-do attitude to solve the unique challenges that arise in a busy environment.

**To be successful in this role you will need**
- Experience in similar administrative or coordination roles in a fast-paced team
- Be highly organised with strong planning, multi-tasking and prioritisation experience
- Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and with external high-profile partners
- Marketing knowledge or experience, while not essential, would be an advantage
- A winning attitude and the ability to bring fun and humour to the workplace
