**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
A pivotal position supporting the sales team, this role will be responsible for providing timely support to existing customers to allow our sales team to focus on their goals and achieve their targets. Our customers are our priority, and this role will add instant value through increased efficiency and administrative support to our team.
Additional key responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support; addressing any issues and concerns.
- Assisting with customer data analysis and reporting.
- Day to day management and ownership of client inquiries, from both new and existing customers.
- Providing support to the sales team, allowing them to expand their reach into new markets and customers.
- Working with the sales team to achieve their targets and goals and improve customer retention.

We are looking for a strong coordinator that can self-manage and has excellent communication skills.
Additionally, you will have:
- Great interpersonal skills and able to engage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to prioritise and manage your daily workflow in an efficient manner.
- Problem solver with solutions driven approach.
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
