Lead this established HR & HS team. Develop client relationships and deliver HR consulting services to a variety of businesses.

**The Opportunity**

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Manage a team of HR consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR consulting services to our valued clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing expert advice and guidance, and ensure projects are delivered to them to a high standard.
- Manage the delivery of HR consulting services, including but not limited to, HR strategy development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR process improvement.
- Ensure that client work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth, and work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant legislation and best practice and ensure that the team is kept up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends.

**Let’s talk about you**

You are someone with.
- Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, Law or a related field
- Proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals
- A track record of delivering high quality HR consulting services to clients would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and technology.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management would be advantageous
