ABOUT THE COMPANY:
They're a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products supplying the civil industry. Striving for excellence, they deliver quality products, performance and service to their customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll be working closely with the Production Manager and teams to ensure customer expectations are met, and our products are manufactured to the highest quality.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Develop and communicate strategies to the team
- Ensure manufacturing team meets QA requirements
- Facilitate QC trainings for operators
- Oversee the management of internal and external audits
- Processing quality reports and appropriate documentation
- Perform review meetings with Management and the team
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Previous experience in either manufacturing or concrete technology is preferred, but if you have practical experience implementing quality processes within a large company then we’d love to hear from you.

This a Monday to Friday role working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
