Education Perfect is currently seeking a B2C Sales Development Representative to join the Business Development Team. The B2C Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in supporting and onboarding our B2C customers. This is a dynamic role which requires a high level of customer service, flexibility, and a can-do attitude. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
**The role will be responsible for**:
- Providing high quality internal and external support to B2C leads via all channels.
- Running platform phone and/or video demos with B2C customers.
- Monitoring communications with users to ensure they are receiving quality responses.
- Monitoring and actioning relevant customer feedback.
- Supporting and running online B2C webinars and workshops.
- Maintaining and creating internal and external B2C documentation, liaising with the Technical Writer when required.
- Escalating queries and issues in a timely manner and liaising with key stakeholders when required.
- Identifying key process improvement areas and providing practical suggestions.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- High level of computer literacy
- Engaging personality and a team player
- A background in sales and/or marketing is preferred but not essential
- Current right to live and work in New Zealand
