Client Executive

The prime purpose of this role is to focus on being the people risk adviser for your client portfolio._
- Total client management will be expected, from relationship building, customer service to renewal processing and claims management. The ability to identify new opportunities will be required and assistance to convert will be available from the business development team along with a strong focus on client retention._
**Account Management**
- Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
- Implement successful account retention and defense strategies
- Assisting members with their claims process, and generally being the client’s go-to person for any benefits related enquiries. Maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assist in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients
- Where appropriate develop and maintain effective long term relationships with client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes within the client organisations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with the client
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers through regular contact and liaison
- Maximise utilisation of Marsh’s national and global resources
- Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of employee benefit insurance which the Company offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments
- Possess a good working knowledge of all aspects of Insurance, and other relevant legislation and keep abreast of all new developments
- Assists with the preparation and delivery of clear and concise client-friendly communications, using the peer review process
**Growth**
- Ensure a high level of client retention is achieved
- Recognise and capitalise upon revenue generation, growth and other opportunities
- Actively identify additional new business from existing portfolio and develop in conjunction with business development team
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and retention targets
**Administration and Technical**
Ultimate responsibility for the timely and accurate production, processing and delivery of client related:
- Installation of any new business or policies
- Internal documentation confirming TOE & LOL
- Quotations - issuing requests for quotations, remarketing policies where required, checking for accuracy, providing recommendations to client in conjunction with placement function
- Information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings
- Policy wordings and endorsements for ratification by Account Managers
- Renewal reports and insurance manuals
- Up to date computer system records - files, client list, claims reporting, Marshforce
- Regular maintenance of data and reporting using global IT systems
- Ensure familiarisation and adherence to the Company's compliance systems and procedures, including the MMB Client first principles, professional standards
- Ensure all activities fully comply with the Company's Errors and Omissions policy
- Other duties as may be required from time to time

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across the team, broader Marsh and Mercer Businesses

- Completion of all online training modules required by MMC and its subsidiaries
- Ensurs compliance with professional standards including use of templates, client calendar, and peer-review
- Qualified Level5, or working towards the qualification
