- Commercial Sales Specialist
- Location: Taranaki

**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for providing key single point account management to achieve business growth from your allocated portfolio.
- Maximising value for your set customer portfolio, which consists of regional customers
- Be proactive in driving contract security and revenue growth for your portfolio through both existing customers and securing new business
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with your customers to ensure you have a foundation to expand
- Work closely with our national team and be part of the tender process which will include site audits and solution-building sessions.

**Qualifications** About you**

We are looking for a competitive individual who has proven sales experience in a fast-paced industry, is open to coaching and training and has a passion to grow in their sales career.

Ideally, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Great communication skills and you’re someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team
- An interest in recycling, gardening, soil and composting
- Your customer-focused and great at relationship development and management
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- An energetic, “can do” attitude and style
- Proven experience: sales, solution selling, business acumen
- Having used Sales Force, territory planning, will be an advantage
- Current NZ driver’s license
