Facilities Coordinator

As Facilities Coordinator you’ll be an integral part of the Property Asset Management team who oversee the management of services and processes that supports all the Foodstuffs North Island properties. This is no small feat
**About the role**
Working in this Foodies team, you’ll ensure that best standards are applied, and processes are followed driving maximum efficiencies across the department. Ultimately you’ll drive the day to day activities related to the repairs, upkeep and maintenance of the properties, you’ll:
- Manage all aspects of contractor engagement and management for all services and works
- Ensure robust processes and policies are in place to solve facilities and maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with all property related Acts and Regulations are met
- Champion health and safety and ensure that contractors operate accordingly
- Complete projects in full within agreed time frames
**About you**
Having worked in a similar role, you’ll have a positive, can-do attitude and will come to work amped and ready to help out this busy, engaged team. With a good understanding of the legal and commercial constructs of lease documentation you’ll have a good overall knowledge of property legislation and building standards.
A doer capable of delivering high quality volumes of quality work, you’ll be able to demonstrate a customer driven, collaborative working style and will have solid administration experience. With strong communication skills both written and verbal you’ll be confident building relationships with stakeholders.
