**The opportunity**
This is an awesome role where you will be responsible for championing and onboarding our new customers, supporting existing ones and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Reporting to our NZ Customer Success Manager, you’ll be providing a high level of responsive support via our digital channels, making sure our new customers are seamlessly and successfully onboarded and ensuring that our existing customers have the support they need from an operational perspective.
We are looking for someone who will always go above and beyond for our customers and sharing their voice with the rest of the Hatch team, recognising that customer success done well is at the heart of what we do
Your days will vary but generally your time will be spent:
- Onboarding and verifying customers (investors)
- Processing requests and communicating with our customers to make sure they have an exceptional experience as they join our platform
- Completing operational tasks such as banking activities, transferring shares from other brokers and ensuring we comply with relevant financial services legislation.
- Always on the lookout for process improvements including helping our wider Hatch team come up with ways to deliver even better customer outcomes.
- Consistently meeting and improving our Hatch customer success standards and processes to ensure an optimal customer experience
**About you**
Rather than a list of previous skills and experience, we are more interested in your drive and curiosity for our role But we are also looking for:
- Someone who has awesome problem-solving abilities, can take on board information quickly and accurately, then action quick fixes whilst coming up with long term solutions.
- A strong customer focus, and able to deal with customers from differing levels of financial and technical knowledge.
- A team player who is collaborative and is able to build relationships quickly and confidently.
- Good knowledge of data analysis and have been involved in business process improvement and management.
