**The Opportunity**
We’ve got an opportunity for an experienced, solution-driven technical expert to join our forward-thinking team, leveraging cutting-edge technology to make a real impact on how we work.
Reporting to the Modern Workplace Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving a highly automated workplace environment, accelerating ways of working and amplifying the collaboration and productivity of the business.
**What you’ll do**:
- ** Drive Collaboration, Impact & Innovation**: Shape and advance our Modern Workplace strategy with innovative solutions, by integrating the latest Microsoft Power Platform features to enhance business processes.
- ** Business Analysis**: Build strong stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights.
- ** Design Process Automations**: Craft and document effective automation solutions that align with business goals and technological advancements.
- ** Collaborate**: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and deploy effective automation solutions.
- ** Lead**: Mentor team members, support project implementation, and drive continuous improvement.
**The Fit**
You’ll have a strong technical background, with expert knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform stack, and you’ll also possess an aptitude for understanding the requirements of a business. The ability to communicate well and build solid relationships is imperative, as you’ll need to understand the goals and objectives of key stakeholders while you work to determine solutions and create roadmaps.
You will use this blend of skills to help carve our digital journey forward into the future of elevated business performance and user satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:
- 5+ years plus previous experience in a Microsoft 365 and / or Power Platform role.
- Experience and certifications in Microsoft Power Platforms, in particular; PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals, PL-100 Power Platform App Maker Associate, PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate, PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant or PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect.
- ITIL knowledge and certifications.
- Experience in creating documents including, but not limited to; Solution Designs, Requirement Documentation, Business Cases, Process Flows, Swimlane Diagrams, Project Plans.
- Demonstrated experience in business transformation and managing change.
- This role will work extensively in the Microsoft Power Platform stack, including; Power Automate, Workflows, Power Apps, and AI features such as CoPilot studio and will require an understanding of the Common Data Service/ Dataverse.
