We are looking for a special person to join our well-established Immigration practice in an exciting, newly created, Immigration Coordinator position to provide proactive support to the team across New Zealand.

This role is ideal for someone with an administrative, project or process management background who wants to challenge themselves, and our team, to grow. You would ideally be tech savvy, a stickler for detail and solution orientated. To be successful in this role you will need to be a team player who is keen to expand your skill set and knowledge base. You may even be interested in obtaining a license to provide immigration advice in the future.

**Job Description**:
The purpose of this position is to support our experienced Immigration team with the delivery of exceptional immigration services to our clients (both locally and globally).

Duties of this position may include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting with managing, collating and responding to information requests from clients and our Vialto Global network.
- Assisting with the creation and preparation of documents and reports, including policy updates for our Vialto team and clients.
- Working alongside our team to ensure key internal databases are up to date.
- Undertaking research and assisting with advisory work when required.
- Supporting, identifying and actioning steps and processes to create efficiencies in delivery of services including working with offshore Vialto teams
- Assisting with the financial management of the team, including billing.
- Supporting a team of licensed immigration advisers with tasks related to the improved delivery of solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong administrative/process management background.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and excellence.
