Due to growing demand and changes within the team, we are seeking expressions of interest for a Technical Specialist in the Digital Experience space.

Reporting into the Digital Experience Manager, Technical Specialists are responsible for Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Citrix, and Workspace ONE managed and professional services.

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in developing their skills in Digital Experience practices to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

This will be a role for those that already have, or are seeking to develop skills from the list below:
Desired Skills
- Professional technical domain knowledge in one or more end user compute technologies - Microsoft 365 Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune, Citrix Technologies, VMware Workspace ONE and VMware Horizon View.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships with clients.
- Experience and proven ability to deliver outcomes that are aligned to our business and IT goals.
- Proactive management of customer journeys
- Experience over multiple platforms and technologies.
- Strong proven technical acumen
- Experience building initiatives for engagement by the business. Professional technical domain knowledge in a relevant technology, e.g. Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Workspace ONE and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

This role will work closely between all the teams in the Digital Experience space, whilst having the ability to flex their skills across a broad range of clients and technologies.
