**We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Refrigeration Logistics Customer Service/Manifestor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of shipments, and coordinating logistics activities related to refrigerated goods.

**This unique role offers the opportunity to work during the quieter hours of the night from 4:00pm to 2:00am,** providing you with a peaceful work environment and the chance to play a crucial role in our overnight operations.

This role would suit someone who likes to work while the rest of the world sleeps

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the night shift, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on shipment status.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.**Documentation and Manifesting**:

- Prepare and verify shipping documents, manifests, and labels for refrigerated shipments.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.**Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient movement of refrigerated goods.
- Monitor shipments in transit and provide real-time updates to customers and stakeholders.**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer interactions, and logistics activities.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to track and manage inventory and shipments.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the refrigeration industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work the night shift and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
