**ABOUT THE SILVER FERNS**:
The New Zealand Silver Ferns are the national netball team of New Zealand. Netball is a popular sport in New Zealand, and the Silver Ferns are one of the top-ranked Netball teams in the world. The Silver Ferns have a rich history of success in international netball competitions, over the years with key events including the Netball World Cup and the Commonwealth Games. The Silver Ferns have a dedicated fan base and are recognised for their skill, athleticism, and sportsmanship on and off the court.

**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- Lead world class performance nutrition program for the Silver Ferns towards success at the 2027 Netball World Cup and beyond
- Lead the performance nutrition provision for the Silver Ferns and Silver Ferns development squads
- Build and alignment performance nutrition program across the Netball HP system to build optimal health and performance nutrition practices for current and future Silver Ferns

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience as a performance nutrition provider in a high-performance environment with experience at international level.
- Relevant nutrition qualifications, preferably to post graduate level.
- Experience in influencing change in attitudes, behaviours and processes, planning and leading change.
- Empathy and passion for sport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired results
- Self-directed learner and capable of working autonomously
- Demonstrated record in identifying and developing strong athlete nutrition programmes
- This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of the Silver Ferns campaign through to the 2027 Netball World Cup in Australia and work with some of the world's best Netball talent._
