Silver Fern Farms are looking for an experienced **Shutdown Planner| Scheduler** who will be responsible for developing, rolling out and overseeing a centralised “Road Map” to scheduled shutdowns annually, across all 14 sites nationally for our business,

You will interface with Operations and Maintenance staff to ensure the sites are ready and prepared at the specified timeframes based on business needs, and not only execute but ensure the close is run to deadline and on time frames set out, to ensure mínimal disruption to the site and production.
- Experience of Shutdown Planning & Scheduling in a large scale/national capacity
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional organisational and time management ability & ability to communicate with multiple parties at any one time.
- Strong analytical ability to solve challenges and create opportunities
- Knowledge of Engineering components and equipment
- Ability to travel nationally 2 weeks in the month and work remotely.

**Advantageous skills**:

- Previous experience in CMMS (MEX) is desirable but not essential
- A relevant trade's qualification and/or previous Maintenance Planning experience is preferred

As the National Shutdown Planner/Scheduler we expect you be a strong self-starter with excellent communication skills to maintain and develop relationships both up and down within our business and with external stakeholders. You will a solid track record of delivery on time and a strong understanding of the needs of a large scale FMCG business - with a desire to implement change and encourage positive workflow that will see this programme leaving a legacy for the sites nationally.
