This is an immediate requirement 7 month fixed term contract - through to mid December 2024, working full time hours.

This role welcomes remote working, ideally North Island based as regular travel to Auckland/Wellington will be a requirement.

**The Role**
- Provide leadership and oversee programme of work
- Develop and manage the overall budget
- Ensuring all stream leads are working and delivering according to plan
- Enable effective decision making by organising workshops and seeking inputfrom stakeholders
- Ensure projects are adequately resourced
- Provide necessary reports to the national PMO
- Ensure programmed risks are actively managed
- Ensure quality and change control procedures are carried out
- Programme Management experience of large and complex projects - health and/or payroll experience required
- An understandingof the Holidays Act 2003 remediation work
- Leadership experience of large teams
- Formal project management qualifications
- Stakeholder management experience including dealing with unions
- Experience managing finances of a large project
- Experience working with third parties to deliver a project
