As a dedicated solar energy and energy storage business, ZEN not only imports and sells but also installs some of the world's best solar energy products.**

Due to business growth, ZEN is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join its successful team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a driven sales specialist working in an environment where you provide technical information and sell client-focused solutions. In this role, you will work with a tight-knit and fun team with good vibes and attend regular team events, workshops, and international and local industry events.

**What will you do?**
- Qualify and assess the customers’ needs and wants
- Build customer rapport to support their desired outcomes
- Maximise warm sale leads to achieve individual and team targets
- Deliver polished and professional sales presentations
- Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM/ERP system
- Work with members of ZEN's internal and external teams
- Convey complex solutions in a simple way
- Contribute to company marketing initiatives
- Support and contribute to a positive work environment.

**What do you need?**
- A minimum of 2 years in sales, business development or outbound call centre
- An existing relationship with home builders, architects, or property developers would be valuable
- Outstanding ability to handle objections, close deals and listen to client’s needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a team player attitude
- Previous experience using SaaS CRM and ERP packages
- Solutions focussed with strong abilities to learn and understand technical information
- Strong time management skills
- Be a self-starter with excellent discipline
- A high level of personal presentation
- A full clean driver's license.

**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
