**About the opportunity**
As a Senior Key Account Manager within our fast moving and exciting Fonterra Brands business unit for Foodstuffs North Island, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end key account functions for Pak n’ Save, New World and Four Square Banners for various product categories. Your real opportunity to shine is with your customer relationship and account management expertise. This is a fast-paced role that requires an energetic, creative individual with strong EQ and a collaborative approach to key account management.
In this key role, you will build on an existing superior customer relationship and determine, develop, and implement clear and aligned win-win strategies and further grow the relationships in play.
Some responsibilities include:
- Development and implementation of the promotional programs
- Forecasting, and management of the trade spend accrual process through accurate usage of the TPM tool.
- Communication and support to the field team around priorities
- Implementation of NPD
- Execute against identified priorities from the customer plan
- Deliver volume, sales revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Ensure compliance of operational standards to minimise business risk and inefficiencies
**About you**
This is a busy role, with scope for growth and opportunity in an industry that is evolving quickly. You will use a collaborative approach to build strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be commercially savvy, detailed in your approach and experienced in working with multiple and varied stakeholders. An ability to problem-solve, improve and streamline business processes will ultimately drive success for key accounts and our business.
Coming from a Key Account Management role with experience in large company environments (ideally from Dairy or FMCG), you’ll have the eagerness to work cross-functionally and help us refine and develop processes to shape the future within Fonterra Brands New Zealand. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset will help you quickly understand what your customer is trying to achieve and set you up for success
