**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a passionate Video Content Professional to support and assist our the Senior Global Content Manager in the production of world class video content for our suite of brands.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- ** **Work with GCM and wider ZURU team to ideate and support internal video editing projects to be used across a wide range of platforms. This includes storyboarding, shooting and editing small scale projects
- You will be responsible in the running of and upkeep of a centralised video asset library.
- You'll ensure internal briefs are competed and received in line with the Global Content planning calendar.
- Assist GCM with end to end project management for global video including:

- Agency engagement and project communication
- Aligning project and deliverables to key milestones and managing these milestones internally and externally
- Manage internal stakeholder milestones seeking appropriate sign off as required
- Manage localisation requests with internal teams and external suppliers where applicable
- Complete project delivery via WeChat / Showcloud / ShareDrive
- Project manage NZ in-house video shoots looking after prop, sample and talent requests, equipment hire and shooting content according to brief and deliverables required.
- Conduct competitive content and platform reviews to ensure ZURU stay on the pulse of creative execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects with exemplary communication for all internal stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- 2 years’ + experience in Content Delivery in-house of with an agency.
- Video/Motion experience required and a strong skill set within Premiere Pro and After effects software for general video editing
- Experience in Photoshop required
- Experience in lightroom to capture and grade photos preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing and content principles with an understanding of content development for TV, YouTube, Social etc
- Proven stakeholder management skills with exemplary written and verbal communication.
- Photography or visual design experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and be able to set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones.
- You are a go-getter with energy and determination to continuously improve, push boundaries and thrive in a fast paced, creative environment where no day is ever the same
