About the role

In the capacity of DRUM Content Creator, you will collaborate with the creative team to produce social and media content. This specialised role involves providing support to team leads for our clients, working closely with them to generate tailored content. Your responsibilities include crafting new assets, encompassing the creation and editing of videos and photographs, as well as designing graphic assets for social, print, and web platforms. Additionally, you will actively contribute to ideation processes to fulfill client briefs.

The DRUM Content Creator brings a minimum of one year of experience in content creation for client briefs, delivering innovative work to meet both DRUM's financial and creative objectives, while maintaining a high standard of content execution.

Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a creative/content creator role.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in handling professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Fluent in the entire Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Capable of dissecting and assisting in coordinating client briefs from conceptualisation to execution and final delivery.
- Experienced in the complete production process, covering concept development, filming, photography, editing, motion graphics, and design.
- Creating content natively for social platforms e.g. Tiktok and Meta platforms
- Exhibit design and layout skills, ideally with hands-on experience in social media, print, and web platforms.
- Showcase presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively in team settings and formal presentations to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
- Display an interest in creative thinking and the execution of both local and global campaigns to stay abreast of current concepts and ideation.
- Maintain an immaculate attention to detail.
- Possess exceptional time management skills.
- Thrive in a team environment, demonstrating eagerness to learn.
