**About the role**
We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our Northland team. This is an awesome opportunity to join a great crew and be involved in exciting projects. This role is accountable for supervising the maintenance activities within the contract, including staff supervision, site and plant maintenance ensuring that the work undertaken is completed safely, within budget, timeframe and qualify conditions of the contract, either meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations.

**About You**
- 10 + years experience in road maintenance, civil road construction, sealing methods, drainage construction and maintenance
- Full Class 1 & 2 NZ Drivers Licence
- Diploma in Civil Construction preferred
- Strong knowledge on pavement repair methodology, chip sealing, and asphalt construction are key to your success in this role.
- Proven experience in site budget management and site administration
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead, motivate and build a team
- Temporary Traffic Management Qualification
