Branch Supervisor

About the role

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with leadership, customer service, and communication skills, to join our team and be part of an exciting company.

An essential position, assisting the Branch Manager to run a smooth and seamless operation.
You will interact with all aspects of our operation of mobile service technicians, and customers, and ensure beneficial relationships with our large OEMs within the area.

**Includes but are not limited to**:

- Providing a “Trade Counter” service including answering incoming phone calls.
- Filling and dispatching customer orders and ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documents including sales orders and credit notes.
- Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Programming work and maintaining specification sheets to meet customer requirements.
- Be the Health & Safety Representative for the branch.
- Accurately manage picking, packing, and stock replenishment.
- Provide over-the-counter service for all K'Archer Customers.

About the person

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Good working knowledge and understanding of hydraulic hose & fitting manufacture, repair, and maintenance (preferred).
- Ideally one or more years of administration and/or customer service experience.
- Exposure to ERP systems, especially PRONTO, (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven leadership, communication, and customer delivery skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and the flexibility to work productively with internally and externally.
- Self-starting, motivated, hardworking, and very adaptable.
- Excellent task management capabilities including well-developed time management, attention to detail & administration skills.
