**About the role**

If you have a passion for Professional Development and are eager to share that passion with others, this may be a great part-time casual opportunity for you. We are on the hunt for a Facilitator for Staff Professional Development to join our team for our October intake. In this role, you will facilitate online modules (via livestream or other online method) to largescale national level classes (approx. 25 Learners per course) for the NZ Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching. You will also assist in general administration duties when required and attend conferences, staff meetings and training courses. You will be involved in the updating of courses and assessments if required. This role can be done remotely from anywhere in NZ.

The 4 key performance areas for this role are:
**Facilitation** is effective, consistent, and engaging in an online environment

**Assessment marking** is completed accurately, authentically and in line with company policies

**Legal obligations** and company policies are met

**Company culture **in terms of behavior and team interaction is aligned to all company values

**About you**:
You will describe yourself as enthusiastic, positive, patient, and a motivated self-starter who has a passion for sharing knowledge and trying new things. Your exceptional communication and time management skills, along with the ability to connect and build relationships will be the key to your success Ideally, you will also have:

- An adult teaching qualification such as:

- National Certificate in Adult Teaching Level 4 or
- NZ Certificate in Adult & Tertiary Training Level 4 and National Certificate in Adult Literacy & Numeracy Education Level 5 or
- NZ Certificate in Adult Literacy & Numeracy Education (Vocational/Workplace) Level 5
- Experience Facilitating Face to Face classes with NZMA / NZST brands would be advantageous
