Your role will include:

- Coach and mentor the development of junior and mid-level members of the team
- Collaboratively engage with clients to listen, understand and provide solutions
- Lead and oversee the preparation of engineering drawings, reports and engineering specifications
- Well-rounded experience (balanced in both technical ability and consulting/managerial skills).
- Use your ability to initiate, and build relationships with both your peers and clients to push forward the boundaries of what is possible
- Creative problem-solving skills to continually finds ways to overcome challenges and obstacles.
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues nationally and internationally, as we utilise our people across ANZ and beyond to solve our clients’ problems

You will have the following
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams
- Ability to build, maintain and manage strong client relationships
- Extensive experience working on a diverse range of civil and infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of the requirements of digital focussed ‘model based’ programs
