  • Coach and mentor the development of junior and midlevel members of the team
  • Collaboratively engage with clients to listen, understand and provide solutions
  • Lead and oversee the preparation of engineering drawings, reports and engineering specifications
  • Wellrounded experience (balanced in both technical ability and consulting/managerial skills).
  • Use your ability to initiate, and build relationships with both your peers and clients to push forward the boundaries of what is possible
  • Creative problemsolving skills to continually finds ways to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Enjoy collaborating with colleagues nationally and internationally, as we utilise our people across ANZ and beyond to solve our clients' problems

You will have the following

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams
  • Ability to build, maintain and manage strong client relationships
  • Extensive experience working on a diverse range of civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Working knowledge of the requirements of digital focussed 'model based' programs
