**The Opportunity**

We have amazing range of opportunities for **Senior Associate Electrical Engineers** to excel their career among a network of over 400 Building Services Engineers across the Asia Pacific.

As an experienced professional you’ll wear many hats including leading multi-discipline packages of work, detailed design, client relationship management, mentoring and coaching others. This is a varied role that can be tailored to suit individuals' skillsets.

**About you**

In this role you will be responsible for both securing work and then leading an engineering team to deliver on technical projects. The role will encompass business development, staff mentoring and professional development of the engineering team.

This is an excellent career opportunity and a strategic position within the company for a senior professional seeking a leadership level appointment. We are seeking a degree qualified Chartered Engineer with at least 8 years of experience. You will need senior level technical design and project management experience, across Electrical Engineering within the Building Services segment. A track record for technical delivery of projects is essential, as is demonstrated leadership and business development skills.
