Pharmacy Services, based at Waikato hospital, provides service to Waikato hospital, a tertiary centre, plus 6 smaller rural hospitals/care units spread across the Waikato region. The team of approximately 80 staff is divided into five teams - two clinical, dispensary/supply (including compounding), quality use of medicines, and our community pharmacy service (Pharmacy on Meade). We are a close knit team, focussed on helping patients through the provision of excellent pharmaceutical care, and we are passionate about constantly striving to improve the services we provide.

**Mōu | About you**

Inventory management experience within a community pharmacy is a requirement as is University Entrance (UE) or NCEA Level 2 (or similar international qualification) in Maths and English. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Clinical specialities include Women’s and Children Services, Cardiology / Cardiothoracic Surgery, Oncology and Haematology, Surgical services, and Mental Health and Addiction. Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.
