**Do you have experience within the education sector in Victoria and managing diverse stakeholder relationships' Are you outgoing, personable, focused, and good at following through' We are seeking an attention-to-detail professional for this critical front-facing role to ensure strong relationships across our growing network of childcare programs and partner schools in Victoria.**

**Youll be working with us in this key-person role within our Victoria team to build and maintain our trusted reputation for providing schools, parents and kids with a quality-focused, nurturing home away from home in our care programmes. Kelly Club is a well established business and a proven brand experts and leaders in the industry having inspired kids since 2015.**

**This is a full time role based from our offices in West Brunswick, Melbourne, but will see you travelling state-wide to regularly connect with principals, school councils, and our coordinators.**

**Youll work as part of a wider team as passionate as you are to ultimately see children thrive, be active, stay healthy and get inspired through our fun-filled out-of-school and vacation care programs.**

**Experience and skills you have**:

- ** Able to own your role and develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in schools**
- ** Reliable, trustworthy, proficient and you bring out the best in people**
- ** You get the big picture, but can take responsibility to make sure the details get executed consistently and on time**
- ** Focused on goals, outcomes and able to understand what success looks like to each individual school relationship you manage**
- ** Youre naturally out-going, personable, committed, creative, able to find common ground, and above all you dont just make promises, you deliver**
- ** Great verbal and written communication skills, including writing of proposals, managing contracts, tenders and re-tendering processes**
- ** Youll be able to ensure school satisfaction levels are high and points of concern are identified and resolved quickly**
- ** Youll understand the importance of compliance, termly reporting to stakeholders for each school relationship you manage, and do what it takes to meet and exceed quality standards**
- ** You get the why and are able to see risks and wider ramifications in any given situation**
- ** Flexible can-do attitude that can take on additional opportunities and go the extra mile when needed**
- ** Ideally you are, or have been, a Teacher or suitably qualified Education professional with a deep understanding of the education sector.
