**Safety and Assurance Administrator**:

**The role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive team player to join our Safety and Assurance Group and be the go-to person for all things administration. This is a permanent, part time position working 20 hours per week based in either Auckland or Christchurch, but with a preference for Christchurch based.

You will provide key administrative and coordination support to help keep our busy operations running smoothly.

**The role involves**:

- Arranging, coordinating, and booking travel
- Supporting new staff induction and on-boarding processes
- Undertaking a range of administration activities which includes, reception cover, reporting, Drug and Alcohol processing, finance processing, purchase orders and invoicing

**About you**:
This role is perfect for someone who is a true administrator, an excellent multitasker, superbly organised, a great sense of humour and lives and breathes teamwork. You will need to be an effective communicator and able to build strong relationships across various levels. Most importantly, you will be technology savvy with the energy and drive to support a busy team.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Proven experience in administration
- Excellent IT and computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong prioritisation skills
