**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
This role is responsible for supporting the development of and facilitation of initiatives and programmes that are aligned to the People Plan and the Learning & Development Strategy to build capability and support leaders and kaimahi at the district level, to deliver Te Whatu Ora's vision, purpose, values and priorities and support delivery of Te Pae Tata.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Depth of experience (in the range of 5+ years) facilitating a wide range of learning and development solutions in an adult learning environment, ideally in a large organisation.
- Ability to flex and adapt facilitation approach to cater for differing learning needs and delivery approaches as required.
- Experience in producing and improving high quality, fit for purpose learning and organisational development content.
- Demonstrated strong communication and relationship management and interpersonal skills.
