Reporting to the Brand & Customer Experience Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the performance of all JUCY digital marketing channels. You’ll be always on the hunt to improve the JUCY website experience, traffic and revenue.

You must have the heart and desire to challenge the norm, identify new digital opportunities and implement them. You’ll be able to interpret and analyse data effectively then feedback technical problems and solutions to the business. You will have a keen eye to track and resolve issues, so all digital marketing is optimised.

You’ll be presenting plans and optimisation opportunities for internal and external stakeholders but also be happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done. You’ll be collaboratively planning marketing campaigns alongside the Brand and Customer Experience Team, and then ensuring that they are executed, optimised and reported on. You’ll thrive working collaboratively with our digital marketing agencies and the wider JUCY Revenue Team.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- 2 years plus managing paid digital campaigns
- Fundamental understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Search Console. Bonus: Google Tag Manager, Datastudio, Hotjar
- A wider understanding of brand and marketing
- Outstanding attention to detail, deadline focused and a drive for phenomenal results
