The Role As the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll lead Shakti's charge to scale our global marketing efforts, delivering results that move the needle on new customer growth and lifetime value.
You'll combine creative leadership with the analytical rigor that is required for exceptional marketing.

Key Accountabilities New Customer Acquisition on Meta - Cold ROASLead weekly review of ad and content performance with the creative and digital marketing teams.
What did we try? What did we learn? How are we going to respond?Identify successful ad elements using data and drive the creation of Meta ads that scale.
Facilitate clear and actionable feedback loops between creative and performance teams.
Develop new hypotheses for creative experiments.
Plan and execute key promotional events, aligning campaigns with product launches and sales goals.
Not responsible for working inside paid media advertising platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads.
This technical responsibility lies with the digital ads team.
Increase Customer LTVDevelop and execute product launch strategies that are integrated into a GTM calendar.
Kick-off marketing programs and driving comms, strategy, and launch execution.
Manage the marketing elements of new product launch cadence being rolled out globally.
Drive customer retention through lifecycle marketing, and strategic segmentation.
Oversee email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives to maximize customer LTV.
Drive the development of conversion funnels, landing pages, and campaign strategies that improve customer lifetime value.
Oversee BAU Marketing Efforts Report on key marketing results with a strong focus on ROAS & LTV.
Manage the global promotional calendar, ensuring alignment across territories and teams.
Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, testing, and creative excellence.
Own hiring, onboarding, and professional development for key roles in your team.
Set quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) for direct reports, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth goals.
Support and Elevate the Community, Content, Guest Experience and Digital Ads Teams Foster a hypothesis, test, learn, and grow culture across teams.
Support improvements to guest experience pathways, influencer collaborations, and community initiatives.
Collaborate with the Guest Experience Team to improve 15-20 key brand touchpoints each year.
Support marketing efforts of the Community & Content Team to grow brand activations and improve UGC generated.
Work with the Website & Amazon teams to optimise on-platform marketing strategies.
Drive creative content that balances performance goals from digital ads team with brand storytelling.
Who you'll work with: You'll work under the CEO and one of the founders.
You'll directly manage 2 marketers who write all copy across brand touch points, including ads, emails etc.
You'll work alongside a Team of 3 in the Community, Content and Guest Experience Team.
A Team of 3 in the Digital Advertising Team who head up Meta, Amazon, Google Ad Accounts.
A Team of 3 in Website and Amazon.
Who You Are A growth-driven marketer with 5+ years of experience in e Commerce growth roles for a cult-brand.
A natural leader with a proven track record of managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Passionate about improving metrics like ROAS & LTV.
Comfortable balancing the creative with the commercial, driving campaigns that perform and inspire.
Experienced in ad testing, paid social, email marketing, and funnel optimization.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to scale a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand.
